Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, and is driven to create impactful campaigns that drive results. You will be working for one of our client’s in B2C SaaS product for parents and carers of children with additional needs and the health providers they work with. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing its online presence, engaging with our target audience, and contributing to the overall growth of our product.
Key Responsibilities:
Create comprehensive effective digital marketing plans aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Create compelling and engaging content in various formats (blog posts, videos, infographics etc) to attract and engage the target audience, building trust and drive organic traffic.
Plan, schedule and curate content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and others.
Build and maintain email lists, create targeted email campaigns and analysing email performance metrics.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
Use data analytics tools to gather insights and refine marketing strategies to reach specific demographics effectively.
Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks, segment audiences, and deliver personalised content to leads and customers.
Collaborate and Communicate with other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the rapidly evolving field of digital marketing.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business.
2+ years experience in digital marketing, including deep knowledge of SEO, SEM, and experience maintaining social media, email marketing and paid advertising.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp and content design platform like Canva.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
Analytic mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and a passion for staying current with design trends.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Passion for disability and helping people live their best lives.
Experience with marketing automation platform is a plus.

QA Internship
Completed Bachelor in IT/ or equivalent
Knowledge of Software Testing like UI Testing, Regression Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing etc.
Knowledge in automation tools like selenium, Katalon, QTP and other open source tools for running test scripts
Knowledge in Scrum/Agile
Ability to work independently or as a team
Ability to work creatively, logically, and analytically
Responsibilities
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
